We recently signed an exciting agreement with ezCater, one of the biggest names in corporate catering, to manage food truck catering for their clients. Since their customers expect quick vendor selection, we revamped our system to make proposal submissions instant and effortless.

With Auto-Apply, food trucks no longer have to manually submit proposals for every catering request. Instead, they can set up their account once and let our system automatically send proposals that match their preferences. That means more bookings, less effort, and a competitive edge over trucks that still apply manually.

How It Works

Setting up Auto-Apply takes less than five minutes:

1. Sync Your Google Calendar

• Make sure only food truck-related events are on your Google Calendar.
• Mark any events you don’t want to appear on your BFT calendar as "Private" in Google Calendar settings.
• If you have an event you’re willing to cancel for a BFT catering opportunity, mark it as "Free" so our system knows you’re available.

2. Set Up Auto-Apply Preferences

• Configure your account to automatically apply for catering jobs that fit your availability, budget, and location.

3. Configure Your Catering Menu

• Make sure your menu is complete, including Entrée, Side, Drink, and Dessert.
• If a client requests a menu item you don’t offer, our system won’t submit your proposal, ensuring you only get matched with the right jobs.
