Would have been a 5 star but they got there exactly at the time the luncheon was scheduled to start - making me a little nervous! Aside from that the food and service were both excellent!

Jiniah and her team were amazing - very friendly and efficient with our guests. Food was great and there was a wide variety - the only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that it is advertised as serving seasoned waffle fries and they were just plain fries - still tasty but not what we expected.

They just definitely know how to do the Birrea, I spelled that wrong I'm sure, and I ordered something that had two tortillas with the meat on the inside and some cheese, but it was Beria quesadillas. Maybe I can't remember but the tortillas! Those were the most amazing tortillas I've ever had. It was almost like they were cornbread, and then just the flavor in the texture it was just so good. And everybody there really likes good food so they were very excited! Whenever I left because I had to get back home for work purposes, my friends were literally scraping the bottom of all of the containers and we're not leaving until it was done lol

The truck showed up on time, it was clean inside, they were very polite and served incredible food all night long - with a smile. We highly recommend Gonzalez Food Truck for anyone hosting an event.

flavor was awesome, but they didn't follow my special instructions, and it's not much food for the money there was not nearly enough salsa for the amount of chips. otherwise it was very good but for the price that's not something i would eat very often
