We hired Uptown Food Truck for a private party with 60-70 attendees. Everyone loved the food choices and high quality. Chef Chris and team did a fabulous job. We had four selections and all were excellent: Bacon cheese burger, grilled chicken sandwich, shrimp and grits, and chicken and waffles. We highly recommend Uptown Food Truck.

Chicas Birria was fantastic! Showed up on time, set up quickly and served our guests efficiently and effectively. The food was delicious! The Birria QuesaTacos were incredible and were served with dipping sauce. The Churros were a big hit, too! Our guests raved about the food.

The team arrived early to set up. The entire time they were there, they were helpful and courteous to everyone, which I know had to be hard in this heat. Everyone raved about the food. They helped make the event extra special! Thank you! I will definitely use them again.
