I heard the food truck food was delicious and they were very efficient on getting people through the line. Thank you! I was glad to I was able to talk to the food truck driver prior to the event to ensure the food that was coming and that there would be options. I started to wonder if the whole process of finding the truck was a scam.. so glad I was able to connect with a person to ask questions. The brisket quesadilla was delicious! The brisket was tender and moist. The chicken dinner was also tender and moist, and the flavor was amazing! Good coleslaw and baked beans. Overall very satisfied with our dinner.
