Food was very good, They started a little late, and the staff did not speak or understand English well so some requests were not understood. Also, you should communicate better with your customers regarding what to expect (prior to the event) and when you send the link to make payment it should give you options not just default to your previous payment method. The brisket quesadilla was delicious! The brisket was tender and moist. The chicken dinner was also tender and moist, and the flavor was amazing! Good coleslaw and baked beans. Overall very satisfied with our dinner.

Da Cuban, fries and churros were hot and fresh. Never have had a bad experience with this truck. They are always on time and efficient.
