As a person who generally does not leave reviews, I just have to say how amazing Mac's Food Truck was. They were early to set up, super helpful, extremely patient and insanely fast in preparing each meal. They were so nice and everyone at our event was raving about the food!!! The fries were the BEST!! The meat was a little on the salty side for my tastes (but I don't add salt to my food) Overall it was excellent, I like that it wasn't prepared until I got there eventhough I ordered in advance!

Food was really good. Only thing I recommend is not skimping on the brisket. Ordered a 3 meat platter with sausage, brisket and chicken. The amount of chicken we got was a lot compared to everything else. Chicken just happens to be the most inexpensive item for the business so I feel like that was on purpose.
