To fulfill this dream, she created the Simple Original Beauty, a standout on the BBB menu. She oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, quality control, and manages all BBB franchisees, ensuring the brand's high standards are consistently met.

Lori Barbera brings her expertise in event planning and catering to BBB. With a background producing events for celebrities and companies like Comedy Central and Paramount, and working on shows such as Dancing with the Stars and Big Love, Barbera has infused her considerable skills into the business. She has successfully generated a buzz among clients in the entertainment industry, making BBB a sought-after choice for enlivening lunch and dinner events. Barbera is responsible for booking the BBB trucks months in advance, managing marketing and PR, and overseeing several prominent locations in the Los Angeles area.

Together, Cohen and Barbera have crafted the Baby’s Badass Burgers concept, design, and branding, while also developing and refining the menu.
