About Birmie's Fixins
My family has been in the food industry in New York for over 50 years. From the time I could hold a spoon, my mother had me in the kitchen helping her prepare our meals. By the time I was 12, I had learned enough to start working in our family owned restaurant. I've done everything from bussing tables and washing dishes to preparing, cooking and serving food.
The food we serve at Birmie's Fixins is scrumptious and delicious. Our ingredients are fresh and smoked with love. But we are not just your standard BBQ-er.
Our goal is to provide an exceptional barbecue experience in ALL seasons! Whether it be for an Event, Birthday, Wedding or any other Special Moments, we are prepared to make it tastefully memorable!
