Coco's Latin Cuisine is a food truck ten years in the making. Back in 2009 with over 15 years in the restaurant industry, the Coco's brand was a singular brick and mortar location with the best homemade Latin cuisine in town. Now, it's a food truck slinging those same great sammies on the go.
And we couldn't be any more grateful, really. This is Coco's Latin Cuisine we're talking about, and they've handcrafted a full bodied menu built to satisfy. Utilizing only the freshest quality ingredients, each sandwich is truly a sight to behold, and to taste if we're being honest. From the O.G. cuban sandwich featuring sliced ham and in house mojo roasted pork to the so called "Locaaaa's BLT" with homemade garlic aioli pressed on Cuban bread, rest assured you'll get your fill here. All were great. Bang bang shrimp tacos were very fresh and crisp not soggy. Yuca fries were awesome. Media noche sandwich was best I've had. Liked the sauces too. Please come back
