We're the Music City Brisket Food Truck serving greater Nashville! Ready to bring you our signature Barbecue Brisket Sandwiches, tender Baby Back Ribs, tasty Fish Tacos, and a whole lot more! Delicious food, good prices and great customer service all wrapped up in one food truck! We also have preset Catering menus, but are more than happy to work with you to design a menu based on your preferences. Very very tasty. I don’t know how the fries say so crispy under all that loaded-ness but it was awesome! Brisket is good cuts, no fat (at least that hasn’t rendered down into delicious). We’ll be back!

The pulled pork and brisket tacos are out of this world amazing! Tender and perfectly seasoned!! Perfect blend of sweet and savory with the seasoning. You've nailed it, and I'm a tough critic!!!👍
