Lobster Roll
An old family recipe that includes fresh lobster meat, (tail, knuckle, claw) with a small amount of celery, black pepper and Hellman's mayonnaise to enhance the lobster's natural delicious flavor. All stuffed into a grilled buttery New England style torpedo roll on a bed of crisp lettuce.
Sea Scallop Roll
A full one third of a pound of fresh wild Atlantic sea scallops, directly from the fishing vessel Karen Elizabeth, seared to perfection and stuffed into a buttery grilled roll. Served on a bed of shredded lettuce and topped with crumbled bacon pieces and our own aioli-wasabi dressing
