Established in 2012 Slidin' Dirty is the premiere food truck serving the capital region of New York. Gourmet sliders and a unique spin on pubfare is what you can expect when visiting our food truck. The Slidin' Dirty food truck has been so successful that it now has a restaurant located in historic downtown Troy.
