We are not a Taco Truck. No offense to Taco Trucks but we run things differently. This Taco has our 22 hour smoked Brisket with our pecan and post oak blend. (Gotta ask our owner why on this wood combo!!!) We put that tender juicy brisket on a buttery tortilla and add in onion and cilantro. You can try it with avocado ranch and hot red sauce or just savory the Brisket Tallow!!! Our Taco plates come with 3 tacos and 2 sides.

We smoke our Turkey legs for 18 hours until they are falling off the bone and they are seasoned with a secret rub and glazed with a special sauce. Then we stuff our Famous Creole Style Mac & Cheese in it and top it with a spicy crawfish cheese fondue. (These aren’t your State Fair Turkey Legs, these have FLAVOR!!!)
We are not a Taco Truck…But our tacos are unbelievable!!! 18-22hour smoked pork shoulder with savory Texas rub. We smoke until that meat is falling off the bone and then we make some of the best tacos with onion and cilantro on a buttery tortilla! Add your choice of red or verde sauce but most love the juices already present from the pulled pork!!!

Our pork shoulder is smoked for 18-22 hours until it falls off the bone with just the touch of a finger. We use a Texas rub but then pull it and add a sweet and spicy Kansas City style sauce. If you’re trying to impress a crowd then this is what you want!!!

Our wings are smoked then fried to a nice crisp and then we add in our Tiger Sauce. What’s Tiger Sauce? Tiger Sauce is a Sweet and spicy Orange chicken sauce that’s better than any Chinese orange chicken!! We drizzle a little Texas local honey on top to set it off!! They symbolize the stripes and color of a Tiger with their grill marks and orange flavor!!
Our sides are so good they should be Entrees! Our baked beans are KansascityTex style (what we created) sweet and spicy made with a secret combo of spices, and honey!!!
