Z’s Smokin Bonez food truck has been on the road since 2008; participating in BBQ competitions and vending throughout the Minnesota area. We’ve been named Best Local Southern Bites in Mpls-St. Paul Magazine for August 2016 and Laker-Pioneer Reader’s Choice for Best Catering 2018 & 2019.

Our award winning BBQ is made with local, hormone free meats, smoked slow and low for up to 12 hours. Our custom blend rubs will definitely spice up your day. Pair the smoked meats with our award winning house-made sauces. We offer gluten free and sugar free BBQ sauces and rubs. We have taken traditional side dishes and took them up a notch; Z’s is all about delicious, freshly prepared comfort foods at reasonable prices.
