The Tabassum Food Truck is serving up smiles and Samsa Hand Pies. In a region tucked between the Caspian Sea, China and Russia you'll find a street food called Samsa with roots all the way back to the Silk Road. Samsa are flaky bundles of puff pastry filled with different meats and vegetables. One of Central Asia's most popular comfort foods, Samsa hand pies are both filling and affordable too.
