The Inka Trailer Food Truck serves up premium Peruvian fusion cuisine in Nashville: Lomo Saltado, Ceviches, Empanadas, Tacos, Arroz con Pollo, and Papas Locas. Our mission is to bring authentic Peruvian cuisine to Nashville and providing consistently great service. We can be found around the city, but we also specialize in Catering local events! Come try the amazing food that Chef Marcio Florez prepares utilizing recipes from his childhood in Lima! One bite and you'll be a Inka Trailer fan for life!

The flavors and the sauces. I loved the chicken taco most (for the chicken itself) and the beef empanada second and all of the sauces.
