The Vet Chef Mexican Food Truck in Seattle
The Vet Chef Food Truck was founded by Chef Kyle Gourlie, who proudly served four and half years in the US Marines. When he returned stateside he recognized a significant need for Veteran employment opportunities. He desired to turn his love of cooking into a business where Vets and their families could work to help ease their way back into civilian life. That's how The Vet Chef Food Truck was born: known for the Burritos, especially the California and the Philly! Chef Gourlie serves up amazing Mexican food, but it's about more than that. It's about supporting Veterans who need an assist here in our community. The Vet Chef Food Truck also specializes in Catering, serving greater Seattle area!

Today I had the Carne Asada Nacho Fries and they were excellent. I like the sour cream and salsa mixed together. It has a little spice but not too much. Blends nicely with the meat and fries.
